The CMRPI in NCR continued its upward trend as its annual rate moved up at a faster pace of 1.7 percent in November 2020, from its annual rate in October 2020 at 1.4 percent. Meanwhile, the CMRPI in November 2019 was posted at 0.5 percent.
Higher annual increments during the month were observed in the indices of carpentry materials at 1.4 percent; tinsmithry materials, 2.9 percent; and miscellaneous construction materials, 1.6 percent.
The rest of the commodity groups retained their previous month’s annual growth rates.
