The 2023 edition of the report showed the Philippines ranked 94 out of 120 countries, with an overall score of 50.2% on a 0-100% scale.
Despite improving by 2.13 percentage points in a decade, however, the country fell below the global average score of 56.3% as well as Emerging and Developing Asia’s average score of 53.4%.
